Detox and Nutrition Seminars

We share seminars on detoxification and nutrition with an integrative, holistic approach. 



What does it mean to have an integrative and holistic approach? It means that we don't ascribe to the simple notions that a particular food is "good" or "bad" for you. We mean that to understand nutrition, one must understand the whole individual from the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of a being. We look at different systems from around the world to understand different ways to approach nutrition.



We look at our daily habits of consuming and why we make certain choices. We also explore ways in which we can make simple changes or substitutes to integrate into our daily lives. For example, shifting from sodas to fermented beverages like kombucha and kefir can be extremely beneficial to increase probiotics without sacrificing a tasty beverage.


We believe that the practical application is an important aspect in integrating these practices into daily life. Together we prepare, cook, and try some of the things that we discuss. A lot of people believe that eating well takes a lot of effort, and we show how easy it can be.
